How do I create a emely’s cleaning Account?
All you have to do is click “Book now” on our homepage. Then you enter all relevant cleaning needs and details We’ll do our best to reply on the same business day to confirming your cleaning and schedule request for date and arrival time.
Do I have to enter my payment information at the time of booking?
We do not keep your information
If you pay online, your bill will be sent to you when the cleaning is finished so you can pay by clicking on the payment link.
Payment can be made by check, Paypal, cash or credit card.
Do they have insurance?
If you need proof of insurance, or any information about Emely’s Cleaning simply send us an email to emelyscleaningservices@gmail.com and we will gladly send you all the relevant documentation.
How many people will clean my home?
We have solo cleaners and 2-3 person teams. The size of the team that cleans your home depends on the location and the size of your home.
How long does the team take to clean my house?
Everything depends on the condition of your home! But in your reservation there will be an approximate number of hours. booking now.

The move in/move out cleanups include:

You do not need to be at home. Whatever you are comfortable with is what matters. You can allow us to have access to your home in a variety of ways:

do i need to provide cleaning products?
No. We provide all supplies and equipment. If you have a special request, you may leave the product in a visible place for the team to use.
Will I always have the same person or team of people cleaning my house?
In emely’s cleaning you decide with the cleaning team that you feel more comfortable. We guarantee 100% quality and satisfaction. Each technician and cleaning team will receive a detailed written description of their particular cleaning service needs before they arrive at your home. If you are not satisfied with any service, just notify us within 24 hours and someone will contact you to solve the problem.
can my animals be out while my house is being cleaned?
We love pets, and will be very careful around them. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we can take care to not startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure them as appropriate in case visitors make them nervous.
How do I pay for the services?
for your convenience and security the payment can be made once your cleaning is finished. Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Credit Card, Cash App, Venmo, Google Pay.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. We ask that if you need to cancel, give us a 24-hour notice to allow us to change the equipment’s programming. If you cancel the same day or if we arrive at your home and are blocked, you will be charged $30.00 plus taxes.
